Help me energy drink

Having a pretty good day. Got up at 8 to take Diana to school. At 10 Rob picked me up for groceries in america. Here it is 3:30 and i've been up ever since. The great news is i start work at 6;30 and go til 3 in the morning. Yeah I'm screwed. I wanna go nap but i'm afraid of not waking up on time. Kath is bringing me home an energy drink on my lunch break. That'll be at 10 so hopefully that will keep me going til 3am. Probably not though. Hope i dont fall asleep at my desk. They might frown on that.

Bye bye September

Wow September is almost over. I guess it was an ok month. Who knows-- i slept a lot. Looking forward to October. I have the con in Buffalo on oct 16th and of course there's halloween. If i get my way with the shift bid it should be a kick ass month. As long as i get sleep that is.

Hooray its Thursday

The week is almost over and it hasn't been to bad. I never got in trouble for that horrible call last week and the shift bid has been postponed for a couple of weeks. Everyone in my row including me were told we had to go sit somewhere else. That sort of sucked. I liked the computer i was sitting at. Oh well. Sleep continues to be my best friend and i will nap any chance i get. Yup I am an old man. I have become a huge fan of pizza pockets this week. They're quick to make and delicious. Just said good day to my family and I'm headed into another wonderful shift. Tomorrow i work til 3 in the morning. Sleep isnt going to like me. Gotta run. Talk to you all soon.

Hooray its work time again

I just ate a bunch of burger king and now i want to go back to sleep. I am old. Oh well off to work in an hour. Hooray! I had a nice afternoon with Kath but alas its all over. Its like a prison sentence.

Monday: is the week over yet?

Once again an excellent weekend has come to an end. It was everything i wanted in a weekend. Lots of sleep and a flea market adventure capped off by another excellent episode of get your geek on. There were so many people in our interactive chat room this week. It was so cool. My friend Andrea was listening to the show for the first time. Thought that was pretty cool. Now I'm in the middle of getting ready for work. It sucks. I'm hoping that bad call from last wednesday is a distant memory and it doesnt come back to haunt me. Also we will probably get the forms for the new shift bid this week. Not looking forward to that. Can i just skip ahead to the end of the week? That would be nice.

High times

So just thought I'd share my conversation with the biggest drunk in Vancouver. Friday night i got a call from a guy wanting an extention. I immediately felt dread becasue we don't grant payment extentions and i had a feeling it would go to a supervisor. I saw that he had already paid the bill and didn't owe anything until the end of October. This is when i discovered he was out of it. Some quotes that followed:

"i don't know if you can tell but i'm pretty high."

" Did you hear that R.E.M. broke up?" Then he proceeded to sing Everybody Hurts at the top of his lungs.

" Are you from Vancouver? I fucking love Nickleback !"

"Hey Jason guess what i did? I took my shirt off here at the bus stop. I'm half naked.Yeah!!!!"

then i hear him yelling at someone

" Hey baby!! What's up? Jason she don't wanna have anything to do with me cause I'm so fucking old!!"

he also read half a poem to me. It was kind of entertaining. Kath hopes thats the call that my supervisor marks this week, That would be funny.

Everybody's working for the weekend!

Hooray! I made it through the week! Yeah baby! Nothing o do this weekend but sleep and grill and work on the show. By the way there's a brand new get your geek airing this sunday night from 8-10! i'm in a pretty good mood. Work was half descent tonight. It rained a lot and i got soaked but other than that my day sure was swell. Now its off to bed with visions of no work dncing in my head
