So this past Sunday we did the annual watch the Oscars night with my sister and Mom. The Oscars is my moms favorite show. Its her superbowl or World series. The oscars is porn to my mom. She gets right into the show and often tells us to shut up if we talk during it. The funny thing is i don't think she ever sees any of the movies that are nominated. I love my mom but we always find a couple things to make fun of her during these tv viewings. For example this year she kept saying she hated movies like Kung Fu Panda. "Oh i hated that movie! It was so stupid" she said . I was surprised and asked "you saw that movie?" She replied "no but i hated it." You gotta love my mother. Trying to explain the Pineapple express sketch to her was fun also. It was a fun night though. Lots of pop and chips and dip. Can't believe Heath Ledger didnt pick up his own award though. KIdding! Just wanted to see if Nicole would respond to that comment. I thought it was pretty cool that Heath got the best supporting actor award. In other movie news,pretty excited as the Watchmen movie is out next week. Took me 22 years to read the book but hoping to see the movie right away. Can't believe Kath doesnt want to see it but will probably go with my friend Mike. Oh and today i read that a Green Lantern movie is coming in December 2010. That is welcome news to a nerd like me.

Yah I am finding that Heath Ledger is really slacking when it comes to hollywood not picking up his award and not making it out to the movies, Hell I went and saw "he's just not that into you" and I was expecting him to come and guess whos not there..... Heath Ledger. UGH
